DO NITs deserve a "national" tag


National institute of technology are the institutes of national importance funded directly by central government.The facilities, infrastructure,faculties are par from those of state governed colleges.These may be treated as the holy grail of making best engineers,business entrepreneurs..And the best part is that Aieee is the toughest exams coz of the strength of students giving them which almost crosses 15 lakhs.But cant we see that after all this footholds we still are not the good among the bests...........

..........WHy?

seems a good question but the real answer is we ourselves don't want to look on the solutions because some were the solutions will upset our own dears......

But seeing at the statistics in every hundred of student taking admission in a NIT,
28% OB quota
15% st and SC quota,
ph quota
home state quota

It means almost 70 % of students in a Nit are from some creepy quota
Indian politics is harming so badly the education system that i can assure you that,the day is not far when you will be afraid to go to hospitals coz the doctor there who will operate you will be 20% qualified for that job and 80% qualified by the quota....isnt it awesome!!!!!!

why cant the government and common people understand that
   "CURING THE HANDICAP IS FAR BETTER THAN PROVIDING HIM THE WHEEL CHAIR"

U CANT LOSE A BRIGHT CHILD WHO MAY HAVE GOT UNDER 10000 rank only to adjust a position for a ST OR SC WHO got 60000air.....YOU WILL DO INJUSTICE TO THEM ASLO COS U R GIVING a user guide to fly a plane to a 10 yr old kid............

let me give an example to clarify what i am saying,take example of two businessmen one is Abhinaw jha(general) and other Ankit rao(obc),both are financially good i mean assume 6 lkhs per anum,both sent their kids to DPS rkpuram......kids gave Aieee and jhh got 11430 and rao got 54000, and as a matter of fact rao got the nit !!!!!!!
SO WHERE THE QUOTA HELPED!!!!!!!!!???????

ANY ANSWERS?????
I GUESS NO.
so the point is we have to raise the poor and down trodden people not  any cast.....
and this can be done only by the strengthening the foundation that is primary education of poors...and not by dumping them in prestigious colleges............

The last Onam.

I knew SAC (student affair council ) had organised Onam celebration today but for a 4th year guy (who hasn't been placed yet and who don't know any clairvoyant ) there are far more important things than being gregarious .But  finally I decided to go out and have a look at what was going on at the football ground. When I  reached the football ground ,what I saw was no different than any of the previous year's but still when I realised that this might be the last time I am going to see any of this ,my apathy turned into a little unacceptable regret. There was a crowd in front of me dancing in euphoria and the beauty of the scene was beyond  my words . Guys in their black kurta and white dhoti ,girls in their beautiful traditional attire and a group of drummers ,all inebriatedly dancing  on the beats of the drummer. I
